Boutique Hotels Utrecht

The finest, designer boutique hotels in Utrecht city, city centre and nearby.

The Anthony is a boutique hotel in the middle of Utrecht located in a former monumental monastery and parish house built in 1908 as part of the St Anthony Church opposite. What a fun hotel. Here you will find crazy corners, high ceilings, stained glass galleries, old wooden beams, beautiful gardens and a chapel that is over 100 years old.

Book one of the beautiful rooms or suites, each one unique and tastefully decorated. There are also lofts for families or when on a business trip. In this boutique hotel, you will feel how the love for history, architecture and interior comes together with authenticity, atmosphere, intimacy and lots of love. A tip fr you: enjoy delicious food at Brassier Monk next door. And you can roll into bed after.

The Badhuis Hotel Utrecht is located in a beautiful historic building, the former bathhouse, which has been completely renovated. This boutique hotel has beautiful hotel rooms, all uniquely designed by Utrecht designer Working Bert, ranging from 22m² to 28m. The designer rooms have a contemporary look and, with a nod to the former bathhouse, feature very spacious bathrooms.

I'm also a big fan of Restaurant Het Badhuis, where you can enjoy a delicious French meal. It is also a nice place for a cocktail on the outside terrace or at the bar.

Located slightly outside the centre of Utrecht, but next to the Griftpark in a beautiful location and around the corner from the lovely restaurant Tijm.

Hotel Beijers is a beautiful antique boutique hotel behind the Sint Pieter, housed in a 17th-century city palace with a long and rich history. The hotel has 14 unique rooms, all decorated with special antiques and bold colour combinations. Something different. hotelbeijers.com

Logement Petit Beijers is a small beautiful boutique hotel and just a little bit different from other hotels. Located in the heart of Utrecht city centre near the Dom tower on the Vismarkt.

In this characteristic canal house from the 15th century, you will find nine boutique antique hotel rooms that are all unique, atmospheric and cosy. Nice detail: The renovation and decoration of the building was realised by antique dealer and monument enthusiast Bert Degenaar, known from the television programme 'Van onschatbare waarde'.

On the ground floor of this beautiful building on the canal you will find Soep-er. The name says it all, a soup bar, where breakfast is served and where you can also go for soups, coffees and homemade pastries from the bakery during the rest of the day.

The Court Hotel is a boutique four-star hotel in Utrecht's old court building. Here you will find 30 designer hotel rooms divided into three types of rooms: fifteen Court Rooms, twelve Court Deluxe Rooms and three beautiful wharf cellars. Nice detail: we held our wedding party at the Rechtbank. The next day, we and our guests had a nice breakfast together in the Rechtbank's restaurant.

In one of the beautiful historic buildings on the Steenweg in the centre of Utrecht, you will find boutique hotel Cozy Pillow. There are two locations. Cozy Pillow also has a hotel room in a wharf cellar, super cool.

The 6 luxury hotel rooms all have their own nod to the city of Utrecht. Cozy Pillow is part of the unique "Fashion meets Hotel" concept. The ground floor of the hotel on the Steenweg is home to Omoda's first fashion boutique. At the high bar at the back of the shop, hotel guests can check in.

Great to book with a shopping package at Omoda or a Ruby Rose package.

Boutique hotel Eye Hotel is located in Utrecht city, just behind the lively Voorstraat.

The Eye Hotel is not a standard hotel either. It has 36 special rooms, and each of them with a unique decoration. Fun fact: the Eye Hotel is located in a historic Eye sufferers' hospital. The name says it all ;-)

The Hunfeld Hotel, Eye Hotel and the Court Hotel are part of Utrecht Boutique Hotels; boutique unique hotels in Utrecht centre.

The Hunfeld boutique hotel has made a nod to the building's history - Utrecht's first menswear shop. Note the details like the customized furniture and art on the wall. There are 30 hotel rooms and 3 beautiful flats.

We slept at the Mother Goose Hotel on our wedding night. A cosy boutique hotel right in the centre of Utrecht. If you're lucky, you can see the Dom tower from your hotel room. At Mother Goose you will find 23 rooms, which are spread over four floors with their own colour theme: white, grey, brown and black. mothergoosehotel.com/en/

A luxurious and renowned five-star hotel in the centre of Utrecht. Housed in a former monastery & military hospital, Grand Hotel Karel V is all monumental elegance, sparkling gastronomy with over 650 years of history. karelv.nl/en

Located a stone's throw from the Dom Tower, Utrecht's boutique hotel Nox is housed in a beautiful 17th-century building. At restaurant Hemel & Aarde you can enjoy delicious gourmet dining. You are all set for a romantic weekend away.

On Tolsteegsingel in Utrecht you will find Hotel MUZE: an unusual hotel in a renovated monumental building. The eight uniquely decorated rooms at boutique hotel MUZE each have their own character with a nod to museums in Utrecht.

The beating heart of the hotel, the bel-etage, is where you are welcomed. In the morning you enjoy breakfast here, in the afternoon you can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the bright conservatory.

Also nice: sustainability is paramount here. Which is why herbs and fruit grown in the city garden are served at breakfast.

Hotels Zies

Boutique hotel ZIES is a small luxury hotel with Wine Bar & Bistro. The hotel is located behind the wine bar with a shared overgrown courtyard. The monumental 18th-century character of the property, full of old ornaments and details, has been kept intact. The cosy and luxurious rooms have a modern and elegant style and are decorated in the style of the Mediterranean Wine Bar & Bistro where the warmth of old scrap wood is combined with Scandinavian design. A lovely place on Twijnstraat. Perhaps 1 of the nicest streets in Utrecht again. Here you will also find KEEK. zies-utrecht.nl/en
