The weekend we were in Weesp, the place was completely full. Conveniently, Boutique Hotel Weesp is located above the café. So you just eat breakfast downstairs. A living room for every moment of the day.
Restaurant Haut - At Bar Brasserie HAUT in Weesp, you can enjoy a real Expérience française. Delicious artisanal dishes, fine wines and a friendly French atmosphere. This is where I would definitely go.
Restaurant SOMM Bistro a Vin - For the true wine lover. A wine bar with a culinary twist. At SOMM in Weesp, you will discover the essence of terroir, where wines and culinary arts come together in a casual atmosphere. Enjoy our extensive wine list with 250 wines. Wispe Brouwerij - Restaurant and Beer Brewery Weesp is really nice. Housed in an old church in the old town. This fun beer pub offers beer tastings, as well as freshly brewed beer with appetisers and/or food such as burgers or cheese fondue. There are 18 taps! Also a nice beer garden in summer.

Theetuin Bar NOOT - This is a tip for when you are in Weesp in the summer, theetuin NOOT. On one of the four bastions of this old fortified town is a beautiful garden, hidden behind Weesp's rampart for 40 years. This historic spot on the rampart is a green oasis of tranquillity, a perfect spot for a romantic tea garden. Inside or outside on the terrace, enjoy local products from breakfast, lunch to drinks.
